A word or a phrase may spark the memory of a tune or a jingle! \n“Humming a tune\, singing a song\, or playing an instrument—music is a tool I use to change my mood. The ukulele\, like the sounds of a wind chime\, is soothing when I’m sad\, pleasantly distracting when I’m in pain\, and joyous when I’m happy!
