DESCRIPTION:  \nJoin Us for CommYOUnity—A Support & Education Group for Survivors Living with Chronic Health Conditions\n3:00PM – 5:00PM | Zoom\nDuring CommYOUnity\, we recognize that experiences of trauma – including sexual and intimate partner violence – can leave long-lasting impacts on the body and mind. Survivors navigate many different chronic health conditions\, and CommYOUnity aims to create a space for people to gather\, learn\, and connect as we face similar challenges. \nThrough virtual workshops\, listening sessions\, and guest speakers\, participants will explore topics that support wellness\, self-advocacy\, and healing. \nSessions are open to adult survivors in Howard County. All sessions will be held virtually.  \nTo RSVP for November 12\, 2026: Please email Tori Rain\, Director of Community Health Services\, at train@hopeworksofhc.org
