This four-session\, virtual workshop series includes many opportunities to explore and expand your creative process both in and out of sessions\, through writing activities and prompts that include the use of imagery\, music\, and sharing. DESCRIPTION:  \nEvery Tuesday at 4:00pm via Zoom! \nHopeWorks is partnering with Three and a Half Acres Yoga (THAY) to bring survivors free yoga sessions. This will be an on-going program! \nTHAY partners with community organizations within Harlem\, Upper Manhattan\, and virtually. They focus on serving folks facing emotional\, physical or social trauma.
