Self-Care & Wellness Workshop Series for Older Women

Enhancing Wellness Using Expressive Arts!
HopeWorks, in collaboration with the East Columbia 50+ Center in Columbia, invites you to participate in our 8-week workshop series designed specifically for Women ages 50 and older. Join us as we create art, re-discover ourselves through journaling, discuss health and wellness issues for older women, and lots more. Some sessions will also include guest presenters from holistic healing practices. No art or writing experience is needed. Materials will be supplied.
This workshop series is made possible by a grant from the Horizon Foundation.
