Get ready for an online auction to support HopeWorks! On Sunday, September 11, we are launching the Bidding for Hope online auction to raise funds for HopeWorks’ comprehensive intervention services, outreach and prevention education. You can choose to bid on wonderful items, products and services! Or, in the “Fund-A-Need” category, you can choose to donate to a specific survivor-project need.

Auction items include:

• A Taste of Columbia Basket, featuring gift certificates to local restaurants
• Unwind at Turf Valley Resort & Spa, featuring a one-night stay in the Executive King Suite and a spa gift card
• Dinner (or Lunch) for Four at LeeLynn’s Dining Room and Lounge
• A Week at the Beach, featuring a week-long stay at a beach house in Edisto Beach, South Carolina
• And more!

How It Works

We are using the BetterWorld platform to host this online auction. BetterWorld makes it easy for us to list all our amazing prizes, and they handle all the payments! To place a bid, you will need to create an account using your email address. You will be asked to enter your credit card information to complete your bid, but don’t worry! You will only be charged if you are the highest bidder at the end of the auction.

The BetterWorld auction site will go live on Friday, September 9. Bidding will open on Sunday, September 11 at 12:01am EDT and close on Saturday, September 24 at 11:59pm EDT.
