CommYOUnity: A Support & Education Group for Survivors Living with Chronic Health Conditions

Join Us for CommYOUnity—A Support & Education Group for Survivors Living with Chronic Health Conditions
3:00PM – 5:00PM | Zoom
During CommYOUnity, we recognize that experiences of trauma – including sexual and intimate partner violence – can leave long-lasting impacts on the body and mind. Survivors navigate many different chronic health conditions, and CommYOUnity aims to create a space for people to gather, learn, and connect as we face similar challenges.
Through virtual workshops, listening sessions, and guest speakers, participants will explore topics that support wellness, self-advocacy, and healing.
Sessions are open to adult survivors in Howard County. All sessions will be held virtually.
To RSVP for November 12, 2026: Please email Tori Rain, Director of Community Health Services, at train@hopeworksofhc.org
