CommYOUnity: A Support & Education Group for Survivors Living with Chronic Health Conditions

CommYOUnity offers a space for survivors navigating chronic health conditions to gather, learn, and connect. Through virtual workshops, listening sessions, and guest speakers, participants will explore topics that support wellness, self-advocacy, and healing.

Sessions are held quarterly and are open to adult survivors in Howard County.
