CALL 24-Hour Helpline: (410) 997-2272
Survivors of sexual, family, and intimate partner violence, who are out of crisis, are invited to participate in an interactive series of workshops designed to address the particular stress experienced at the intersection of being a trauma survivor and a Black woman. Each small group session will feature the use of expressive arts techniques to explore topics related to identity, community, life balance, and the emotions that influence our sense of wellbeing. Some sessions will also include guest presenters from holistic healing practices. No art or writing experience is needed.
A free program but pre-registration required
Must attend all sessions!
