Youth ages 13-18 are invited to join HopeWorks’ Youth Leaders to engage in peer-led conversations and the creation of a zine promoting social justice, non-violence, and peace.

Zines are pamphlet-like publications (often hand-made and self-published) created to express a specific message or idea. Zines enable us to reflect, create community, and grow through sharing our stories. Reflection will involve how teens’ view and interact with these issues in their daily lives, and how today’s realities impact Martin Luther King’s teachings and themes of non-violence and peace.
