Survivors are invited to attend OASIS, a support and self-care group. This monthly in-person gathering will provide opportunities for connection, healing, and shared learning. We will spend time exploring a variety of ways to reflect and cultivate resiliency, using guided meditation, practicing stress relief techniques, and engaging in expressive-art activities.

This is an ongoing monthly group that meets on the second Tuesday of each month, and participants may attend every month or whenever they are able.

NOTE: OASIS WILL BE GOING VIRTUAL THROUGH THE WINTER MONTHS.
