At This Time in My Life: An Arts Activity & Discussion Workshop Series
Join us for this free, 5-session virtual workshop series that uses the arts and humanities as tools to reflect on life’s joys, challenges, and dreams. Together, we will explore social, cultural, and personal forces that shape our spirit, identity, and power. Sessions include engaging with poetry, music, visual arts, and conversation around themes such as embodiment, change, self-awareness, and resilience.

Participants will express reflections through creative techniques like collage, affirmations, and poetry. No art experience is required — all participants will receive a mixed-media art journal and supplies.

Dates: September 18, December 18, February 19, March 19, June 18
Time: 1pm–3pm (via Zoom)

This workshop is open to the general public and offers space for connection, creativity, and building community.
